Necessary storage does not require consent. You can use the site while optional measurement remains off.
Google Analytics measures visits to logged-out public marketing pages. Google Ads measurement helps attribute visits and completed registrations to Contour Foundry advertising. Measurement can also run on the one-time signup-completion page, but not in the workspace or other account areas. Depending on your choices, Google may receive first-party measurement identifiers, ad-click information, device/browser information, the public or completion page path and network information including your IP address in transit. We do not send Google your account identity, designs, coordinates, search terms or payment details. Google may process data outside the EEA. See our Privacy Policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This applies to everyone, whether or not you submit a request. You can record an explicit opt-out below without creating an account.
We honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically as a sale/sharing opt-out and disable optional Google measurement. Turning off the signal does not turn measurement on; a new explicit choice is required.
What is stored on your device?
Blocking necessary storage can prevent sign-in or checkout and remove saved designs. Clearing browser data also removes the remembered notice. Store downloaded files somewhere safe before clearing local work.
Payment details are entered on Stripe’s separate hosted checkout, which has its own payment and fraud-prevention storage. Stripe is not loaded as a tracking script on our pages. Read Stripe’s cookie policy for its checkout practices.
Your privacy record
We keep the time, notice version and copy, acknowledgment, consent, rejection, withdrawal or opt-out action, separate Analytics and Ads measurement choices, GPC status and a random receipt reference for 12 months. We do not add your IP address, browser fingerprint or visited-page history to these records. If you are signed in, the record is linked to the account; an anonymous current receipt can also be linked when you sign in on that browser.

Rejecting optional measurement stops future collection and removes first-party Google measurement cookies from this browser; it does not erase information already sent to Google. Contact our privacy address for applicable deletion requests. Preferences are browser-specific. A changed measurement configuration requires a fresh choice.
European and California privacy requests
You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing privacy@contourfoundry.com. No account is required. Signed-in customers can also use Help & messages. We will verify identity where needed and respond within applicable legal deadlines. An authorized agent can contact us on your behalf; we may need proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
