How many credits do I need to buy?
Start with 10 credits and increase in steps of 5: 10, 15, 20, 25 and so on. The total is shown before you continue to Stripe.
Can I pay in euros?
Yes. Choose EUR before checkout. We set the EUR list price from the latest available ECB reference rate, rounded to cents per credit. You pay the displayed EUR price; the same number of credits is added to your balance.
When are credits added or used?
Purchased credits appear once Stripe confirms payment. When you generate finished files, their credit cost is reserved. Successful generation uses those credits; failed generation returns them automatically.
Are previews and repeat downloads free?
Previews use no credits and are subject to account build limits. Downloading the same completed package again is free while it remains available. Generating a new package uses credits.
Is printing included?
These are digital downloads. Printing, framing, materials, machines and physical delivery are not included.
Can I create an account?
